UIExchange is the operational platform for the Track B specialism in the UIE Academy. Q continuously researches and confidence-scores the counterparty universe. Subscribers commission on-demand diligence reports, run deal threads with Q as a participant, and receive matched introductions drawn from the live world model — not a rolodex.
UIExchange access is part of the UIE Academy subscription. Operator subscribers with Track B selected get General Member access; Elite gets Verified Member; Sovereign gets Professional level with priority matching and direct commodity intelligence briefings.

Counterparty world model
Q maintains live confidence scores on every tracked counterparty. Sector, commodity focus, regions, governance, sanctions exposure, risk flags. Every entity carries a next-review date — the Live Knowledge Mandate.
On-demand diligence reports
Standard, deep, deal-specific, sector view, risk brief, or board-grade. Tier-gated depth: Operator runs one Researcher pass per report, Sovereign runs three. Each report is signed and superseded over time.
Deal threads with Q
Each engagement becomes a persistent thread. Q is a participant — ask for a take, a risk read, or a structured next-move suggestion. The thread holds state (stage, status, next action) and a full message history.
Verified matching
Q proposes counterparty introductions drawn from the world model — not a directory. Subscribers also log their own introductions. Status moves proposed → accepted → consummated, with commission tracking and audit trail on consummation.

Operator subscribers may switch their active track once every 90 days. Elite and Sovereign include Track A (UIE Systems) + Track B (UIExchange) simultaneously. Track C (UIE Finance) is available to Elite and Sovereign by default.

Live Knowledge Mandate
Every counterparty and every report carries a next-review date. When a subscriber views a stale entity, refresh fires. When Q's adaptive scan detects staleness, refresh fires. Q's content does not go stale silently.
α/β adversarial review
Every report, every deal-side Q reply, and every match proposal runs through paired Strategist and Critic agents that share no context. The Critic surfaces failure modes before the deliverable lands.
Audit trail before execution
Engineering Rule 5: every L1 action writes an audit row before the model is invoked. Reports, refreshes, match proposals, deal-state transitions, intro consummations — all reconstructable from the audit log.
Q is a participant, not a chatbot
In a deal thread, Q reads the state, the messages, and the counterparty world model. Its replies land in the thread as role='q' alongside the subscriber's own messages — a colleague, not a sidebar.
